Duties and Responsibilities:
The job scope will include social media content plan for animation, key brand launches and be responsible for 2 kitchen brands (PTR and Wei)
Being more specifically, this person will handle below projects:
- Q1 Animations: CNY, Selfie and Nature
- 2 key social media launch plans: Stage Q (Launch in Apr.)/SEB Seeds (Launch in Mar)
- Tmall project: Beauty Academy to launch in Feb. 2017
- Kitchen brand management : PTR and Wei
- Ad-hoc tasks from category team: ie Golden pack launch, Marie Dalgar exclusive line launch.
Campaigns Development
1. Develop communication idea, social viral strategy, main idea to viral each marketing campaign on line.
2. Plan & manage online campaigns with creative idea to enhance the exposure of SEPHORA brand image and awareness, and to ensure the timely delivery of new opportunities to meet the purpose.
- Increase online brand awareness
- Drive traffic to stores/ mini site/ landing page or website
- Leads generation for Marketing-CRM
3. Working with Media Manager for specific sales campaign, developing digital media brief to agency, assess agency proposal effectiveness, monitor execution and evaluate digital communication result.
4. Working with PR Manager to facilitate ePR efficiency and impact, neutralize negative message
Online Content & iWOM
1. Manage online content and work closely with online content staff or agency to build SEPHORA online reputation and word-of-mouth.
2. Integrate SEPHORA official social network
a) Blogs
b) Weibo
c) Video channel, iQiyi/Tencent
d) Live Stream
e) Special viral activities
f) ePR
Online media & external cooperation
Develop new & high quality online channels & partners to increase SEPHORA brand exposure / traffic or leads generation.
Agency Management
1. Manage & monitor online agency performance;
2. Generate creative idea with agency for SEPHORA online campaigns;
3. Create digital proposal for business needs;
4. Monitor and constantly improve digital media efficiency
5. Develop execution procedure & plan for each online campaigns;
6. Set up KPI for all performance reports to evaluate / analysis different online channels and efficiency;
7. Summary & Clipping for each online campaigns;
8. Online cost control
Qualifications:
1. Experience in similar capacity with multinational organization or luxury retail industry or media
2. Bachelor degree. Major in Communications / Journalism / Marketing is preferred
3. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
4. Good media and social contacts
5. Native speaker with good command of English
6. Good writing skills
7. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
