Main Job Responsibilities:
? Conduct desk research
? Analyze problems and data independently
? Perform analysis and translate into key business insights
? Create reports in the analysis context to agreed standard and timing
? Provide logistics and administrative support to marketing meeting.
? Provide assistant to team member and ensure all the work could be done smoothly.
? In-Meeting support, take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
? Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
? Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Qualifications:
? Current students studying for either bachelor or master degree. Master is preferred
? Good business knowledge and commercial sense
? Intensive interests in and passion for pursuing marketing or business development
? Superb listening, speaking and writing capability in business English and Chinese
? Strong computer (PPT, excel and word) skills
? Self-starter & keen learner; able to work well without constant direction
? Attention to details
? Compliance
