职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据部门提出的招聘需求，根据储备的招聘渠道，选择最有效的招聘渠道 ,并在招聘聚到上发布招聘信息。
2、根据招聘渠道反馈的应聘信息，汇总并进行应聘资料的初步筛选，形成初试名单。
3、根据公司总体的用人需求，针对核心管理和专业人员，建立人才储备库 。
4、负责对招聘渠道实施规划、维护和拓展工作，保障招聘工作的有效性。

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，人力资源相关专业，有1年以上招聘经验；
2、了解人力资源相关法律法规及最新政策，了解岗位匹配的基本技术要求，具备较全面的综合素质，良好的协调、创新能力，严谨、细致的分析判断能力；

ABILIX HOME与清华大学合作，邀请机器人领域的专业教授担任机器人课程设计和WER竞赛课程顾问，并由十年以上教学经验的一线教师组成团队，致力于能力风暴课程体系与价值的研究。
