岗位职责：
job descriptions：
1. 通过各种有效途经（如email，网络等）积极收集可聘外教资料，维系与原外专外教聘请项目单位的联络；
1 through various effective ways (such as email, network) to employ foreign teachers actively collect information, and maintaining the connection with foreign expert bureau
2. 筛选简历，按照学校需求选择适合的外教，进行电话测试，并及时解答对方疑问；
2 resume screening, according to the school needs to choose a suitable teacher, telephone test, and timely answers to other questions;
3. 接待来访外教，对其进行面试（包括介绍学校情况，安排课堂试讲，沟通薪酬福利等）；
3 reception and interview (including introduction of school, classroom teaching, communication, salary and welfare etc.);
4. 严格按照学校标准程序，与外教签定合同，办理入职、离职手续；
4 accordance with the standard procedures of schools, sign a contract with teachers, entry and quit procedure;
职位要求：
job requirements:
1.三年以上大型企业或教育行业招聘工作经验，***；
1 three years of large enterprises or educational industry working experience;
2.全日制大学本科以上学历，英语及人力资源管理相关专业；
2 bachelor's degree or above, english and human resource management related major;
3.英语听说读写流利，能与外教无障碍交流；
3 fluent english, and foreign exchange without obstacles;
4.具备优秀的沟通能力、谈判技巧，能够独立开拓招聘渠道；
4 excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, independently develop recruiting channel;
5.有外教资源丰富者优先，有招聘渠道尤佳。
