职位表述和要求： PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Develop and secure business opportunities in Regional China region

- Research, finding and qualification the target of M/A, Liquid Piggyback and pipeline opportunities in New Geographies

- Execute projects in the priorities cities through the investment contract negotiation and management

- Involved in the selling and acquisition effort for prospective customers and engages prospects during all phases of the selling or acquisition process;

- Develops and prepares technical and commercial proposals and presentations;

- Ascertain investment feasibility for prospective projects/opportunities;

- Prepare investment appraisal documentation for management approvals;

- Prepare and negotiate the operating contract terms and conditions with new customers;

- Provide commercial and customer liaison support during the project execution phase;

- Takes the lead efforts for licensing process for new entities.

2. Monitor customer/industry potential and trends

- Investigate and develop growth opportunities of existing plant assets including recommendations for incremental investments, operating changes for optimization and related plant expansions, enhancements or contract amendments;

- Provides direction and input for commercial and strategic decisions on existing plant assets, customers and franchises.

3. Other assignments, duties and tasks which support the overall business growth and development of the business area and the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Job Incumbent is expected to have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science/Business discipline.

2. Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 6-9 years working experience in technical sales and/or business development.

3. Good sales and commercial experience with strong influencing skills

4. Good problem solving skills, able to handle and provide some solutions to complex problems

5. Good communication skills and negotiation skills

6. Good interpersonal skills and strong government relationship building skills

7. Good leadership and project management skills, demonstrate the ability to collaborate and manage different interest groups and multiple parties

8. Willing to work in a challenging and diverse business environment

9. Aggressive and proactive; independent and mature individual

10. Good understanding of industrial gases
