1. 大专及以上相关学历
2. 具备2年以上服装行业同等岗位经验
3. 精通服装产品,流行趋势,陈列搭配,具备较强的时尚敏锐度及数据分析能力
4. 具备较强的沟通,协调及团队管理能力
5. 擅于处理各种客户需求,应对突发状况
6. 积极乐观,乐于学习与分享
7. 具备良好的英文沟通能力
二. 工作职责:
1. 客户管理:监督员工了解客户需求,为客户提供优质服务;收集来自客户的有价值的信息并反馈给品牌经理或产品经理;负责应对、处理各类客户投诉或退换货;
2. 产品管理:确保店铺在任何时候、任何区域都有足量的产品储备、品类储备,以提高销售的有效性;负责商品陈列顺序和区域管理、商品折叠管理、商品返仓管理、商品防盗管理、商品库房陈列管理、商品转移管理等;
3. 形象管理:确保店铺的形象满足公司的要求并适应当地客户的需求和期望;
4. 员工管理: 领导部门经理进行店铺员工的管理,对团队工作进行安排,培训员工,激励员工,管理员工休假,管理入职/离职员工的相关资料,解决员工关系问题;
5. 预算控制:有效控制门店总体预算,以最低的成本(工时,电力,店铺办公用品,家具,TGT系统,安防设备等)达到最高的销售目标;
6. 上级领导交办的其他任务。
工作时间:每周工作五天,排班轮休制,每天工作八小时
STORE MANAGER
MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for the management of the Section (SRA, CRO or NINO) to get the best sales records guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will be:
Customer Service Management: Organizing returns. Organizing orders and reservations. Dealing with complaints. Contact with more customers.
Product Management: Ordering and organizing orders in sufficient quantities to guarantee customer satisfaction. Organization of merchandise in the store and stockroom (fitting alarms, controlling and counting merchandise, defining priorities for outgoing merchandise. Distributing garments received in the stockroom according to organizational criteria. Regularly informing store and product direction about the acceptance of garments in the store, customer’s requests, etc. Obtaining information and passing it on. Organizing sales and stock controls.
Store Image: Making sure the store’s image is maintained: window display, staff image (uniforms), furniture and other decorations, and relations with the cleaning company. Coordination criteria: organizing work with staff according to photographic details. Changing the distribution of garments according to sales.
Control of Installations: correct operation of air conditioning, security and fire alarms, opening and closing the store; physical inventory, stock control.
PROFILE: A minimum of 2 years managerial experience in fashion retail.
PERSONAL PROFILE& CAPABILITIES: Initiative. Flexibility. Good people skills. Decisive. Highly motivated and focused.

Fluent local language and English
