职位描述：
?Establishes quality standards and practices for vendor selection.
?Successfully integrates across multiple products & services and sectors.
?Thorough knowledge about the business areas supported including their strategies, goals, competitive environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics.
?Makes presentations to senior management, customizing the presentations to the interests of the audience.
?Serves as a (technical) resource to professionals supervised.

Responsibilities
Sourcing Job Responsibility:
?Analyze Relative Category Data and find cost opportunities
?Support Sourcing Manager to establish Category SOP
?Support implementation of Category Strategy
?Independently conduct annual project bidding & vendor mgt.
?Coordinate with vendor to ensure daily operation smoothly
?Enable to handle diverse requests from all Bus and solve problems independently.
?Coach stakeholders to obey and deploy Procurement SOP.

Qualifications
? Good logical thinking, self-motivation, self-disciplined
? Self-study relative category knowledge and explore methodology of vendor mgt.
? Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering, etc.
? Minimum 2-3 years’ sourcing experience or agencies’ background, pharmaceutical industry is preferred
? Ability to navigate through a large complex business and solve problems
? Sensitive to vendor bidding, cost, finance terms
? Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills 举报 分享
