PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Fully responsible for accounts in respective territory to achieve sales target and grow market share.
A. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
What is the level and field of formal education and/or prerequisite experience required to acceptably perform the responsibilities of the position?
example: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Economics or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years experience in multiple areas of accounting.
l College degree or above major in mechanism or related engineering major
l Three years working experiences in mechanical industry.

2 Align individual sales strategy with the company’s.

- Build relationship with various management levels divisions, locations and functional departments of managed accounts, to improve customer satisfaction.
- Review account plan and tactical plans progress regularly and takes corrective actions if needed.
4 Proactively collect and share market information with relative departments (marketing, project team, other sales region, etc.)
5 Provide common technical service to customers.
