岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略、规划，制定产品的销售策略和具体的销售计划，贯彻执行公司产品推广策略；
2、建立并维护分销渠道，开发新渠道，建立良好的分销网络和客户关系；
3、收集、汇总所管辖区域相关市场、销售信息，进行分析，并提出对策建议，研究分析客情，为分销商提供全面的支持。
任职要求：
1、28-35岁，5年以上的美妆行业销售经验，2年以上美妆大区分销商开发和销售管理经验，可对接大型商场及超市，具有感控行业美妆产品销售管理经历；
4、有丰富的市场营销和销售业务拓展能力，具有行业动态及发展趋势判断综合能力；
5、系统、规范的市场销售方面培训经历，良好的时间管理能力、良好的表达沟通协调能力和谈判技巧；
6、有良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神，较强的管理能力，应变能力，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力
7、诚信，身体健康，胜任出差工作。
