- Consolidate business analysis results to initiates retail growth action plans.
- Identify and react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities and retail performance. Consolidate customers’ responses and insights and feedback to Headquarter retail team members.
- Coordinate with retailers on promotions and events to ensure in-store activities implementation.
- Forecast stock needed to drive selling. Ensure proper counter maintenance, merchandising execution and counter replenishment.
- Guarantee brand image. Monitor store quality and merchandising. Suggest any improvements needed to Retail Design team
- Ensure resources allocated are maximized and budget respected.
- Recruit, manage and develop counter/store managers. Take corrective measures to strengthen their performances. Oversee BA population. Monitor BA turnover rate.
