Job Title: SOFTWARE ENGINEERING 天线架构工程师
Repoort to: SW ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
1. MISSION:
? Carry out the SW development to ensure the technical and functional feasibility of the products giving support to the project teams, with the objective of reaching cost, quality and timing goals established by the direction.
2. GENERAL FUNCTIONS*:
? Ensure, together with the Master in Design, the technical feasibility of the product during the offer and development stages in accordance with Company Development System/Idneo Development System (FDS/IDS) methology (SPICE).
? Analyze user requirements.
? Research, design and write new software programs.
? Test new programs and fault finding.
? Develop existing programs by analysing and identifying areas for modification.
? Investigate new technologies.
? Create technical specifications and test plans.
? Generate the required SW design delivery documents.
? Write operational documentation.
? Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects.
? Work closely with other staff, such as project managers, HW engineers, designers, developers, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals.
? Update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
? Cooperate with manufacturing teams in the products industrialization.
? Ensure the development and prototypes delivery regarding the defined plans with the client.
? Take part in the product and process FMEA’s.
? Carry out the design revision under the supervision of the Master in Design.
? Manage effectively the product modifications during the development.
? Together with the Quality Engineer, analyze the results of the product technical test reports and find the necessary technical countermeasure solutions.
? Ensure the optimum use of the standardized solutions in all the development processes of the product for all the business unit clients.
? Follow Health & Safety regulations of the workcenter and contribute to their improvement.
3. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION & LANGUAGUES & EXPERTISE)
Academic background: University Engineering Degree (mainly in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electronics)
Additional training:
SW Tools (Company Design Handbook – C Code Style, Doors, State Machines, Automotive SW Development according SPICE, JIRA...), R&D Tools (FDS/IDS, Problem Solving, FMEA...)
Languages:
English (Advanced Level)
Minimum Experience required: At least 2 year of experience in a similar position.
