职位描述：
Main Responsibilities

Ensure the effective achievement of assembly planning；on-site management.Rich related field experience, high capability on people management.
Have a solid knowledge of assembly business, know about and can read the drawing design.Manage the whole team, to achieve the assembly planning with high efficiency and stable quality.
Design and Optimize the skill metrics for whole team.
Continuously improve performance of assembly work through TPM project.
Develop the team capability for flexibility on meeting multiple requirement from customersMonitor and ensure process quality and maintain quality system.
Manage and execute the maintenance documentation/record， timely track and do the analysis on abnormal metrics.
Plan and execute the 5S management activity.
World class level safety management, keep the high standard and on site safety control for whole team
Strong cross-functional communication capability, with high efficiency to meet the overall requirement from sales and purchase team, can handle the unexpected issue related with quality and customer service.
Good sense on cost management and control, high priority to identify the loss and eliminate the loss for keeping sustainable on cost competitation.

Basic Qualifications
University degree or equivalent in Engineering related.
8 years or above equipment maintenance experience and 4 years supervisor experience.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
Strong Computer skills；
skills of office software and CAD
