职位描述：
1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Material Incoming inspection, process inspection, final inspeciton, document check and record.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Daily KUKA product quality inspection, including the production department work instructions, assembly checklists, verifying assembly drawings, calibrated measuring gages;
- Developing and monitoring the incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection. Strictly enforce KUKA german quality standards;
- supervise and audit production process,
- Determining isolation of defective products, rework, repair and Returns;
- monthly quality reports, including CoPQ, customer complaints, product qualified rate;

3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- technical school,
- practical problem solving skills; Engaged in at least two years Mechanical, electrical, electronic plants.
- Can use at least two measurement equipment: tensile tester, torque wrench calibrator, pressure meter calibration ,Hi-pot tester, Spectrum analysis instrument , oscilloscope, non-destructive flaw detector ;
- Coordination, strong communication skills, proactive, team spirit, independent work,
