职位描述
工作职责描述：
1. 熟练使用旺旺进行淘宝网店在线买家接待，熟悉淘宝网店铺/商城流程；
2. 专业推荐与导购，耐心并细致的销售商品，引导买家付款；
3. 负责客户简单售后以及简单查件问题的接待和处理；
4. 具备一定的数码消费电子产品知识者优先；
任职资格要求：
1. 热爱客服行业，能长期稳定从事此份工作；
2. 能支持多时间段的在线工作；
3. 工作责任心强，做事踏实；
4. 熟悉电脑基本操作，打字速度60字/分以上，会使用修图软件；
5. 有淘宝从业经验者优先。
