职位描述:
Create a culture of quality and customer service through quality leadership and implementation of Velcro Quality System( VQS) for Velcro APAC in pursuit delivering the highest products and services to our customers.
Essential Job Functions:
? Culture: Create a Branded World Class Quality Culture and practices within the APAC’s organization and in alignment with the global Velcro Quality System.
? Architecture: Establish the architecture for the APAC’s to enable all manufacturing facilities to achieve VQS certification.
? Global Quality Management: Oversees, proactively manages and promotes the organization’s quality system and processes for the APAC’s. Promotes and assures that product and process quality, principles, practices and requirements are met in support of customer and company needs.
? Planning: Develops, implements and updates a comprehensive strategic plan to meet the organization’s quality system needs. Develop annual operating plan and functional budgets for quality services.
? Continuous Improvement: Develops plans for the quality staff to provide for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, quality, cost reductions, team satisfaction, and key skills development. Develop and monitor performance metrics in Quality including the customer quality matrix
? Communication: Develop, implement, maintain, and communicate the quality strategy and programs throughout the APAC’s sites
? Leadership: Provide leadership in ensuring continuous compliance with all applicable internal and external regulations, standards, policies, and procedures related to the quality, regulatory status, and performance of company operations, processes, and products.
? Results: Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the APAC
? Teamwork: Actively participate in the Velcro APAC’s Leadership Team, the APAC’s Quality Team and foster an environment of teamwork throughout the APAC’s teams
? Credibility: Build and maintain credibility with cross functional organizations, specifically; Operations and Product Development by working collaboratively to establish common goals and execute improvement strategies.
? Other duties may be assigned or required for the performance of this position.
Job Qualifications:
? Bachelor or above, major in engineering, polymer science or related preferred
? Experience in working directly with customers, track record of systematic plans linked to scorecards that resulted in customer recognition of improvement.
? Hands on and worked at all levels of a quality organization
? Experience in Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
? Past experience leading a transformation in Quality processes
? Passion and alignment with our mission, vision, values and operating principles
? Understanding and experience in delivering a high quality product in a way that delights our customers
? Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
? Team Leadership, Development and Coaching
? Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
? Proven ability to build effective and high performing teams.
? Strong and thoughtful written and verbal English communication skills.
? Exemplary time management and organizational skills and strong ability to set priorities.
? Business orientation and acumen: fast and assertive decision-making based on analytical thinking in a highly dynamic, changing environment.
? Travel requirement 10% to customers
