职位描述：
Developing, Implementing and Embedding Retail standards of excellence. The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible to support day-to-day operations of the Retail stores in Shanghai. This includes projects associated with retail initiatives, and the execution of policies, guidelines, standards and procedures required to ensure retail standards of excellence across Shanghai Tang.
The Position:
Reporting to the Senior Retail Coordinator, the Retail Coordinator will work on reporting related to sales, stock inventory, merchandise consolidation and the execution of policies, guidelines, standards and procedures. Boutique related finance administrations like SAP system operations, payment arrival coordination, petty cash monitoring etc are also the functions need to be carried out.
Some of the key focus areas for this role will be as follows:
Reporting:
？ Generate accurate delivery forecasting for the weeks ahead for the best interests of the retail business.
？ Present delivery status and stock issues in monthly meetings with boutique managers & retail managers in attendance
？ Monitor stock on hand level among regional boutiques

Merchandising & Logistics
？ Enforce early stock deliveries for a steady flow of products during the shipping window, maximizing the full-price selling period on site.
？ Work closely with logistic to fully understand our Shipping Terms and Customs requirements, acting as the go-between to ensure deliveries & arrivals.
？ Implementation of inventory for the boutiques
？ Fully document the stock status of deliveries by managing daily correspondence between boutiques and resolving all queries from merchandising and logistic department in a timely manner.
？ Monitor and facilitate the return of repair items, stock consolidations, sale or return and re-orders, throughout all seasons. Through liaison with the Inventory Coordinators ensuring the timely return to warehouse and receipt of credit.

Boutique operations
？ Regular visits to our retail boutiques.
？ Coordinate with Merchandising department, Fin department and logistic department to make sure boutiques operate in a smooth manner.
？ Communicate and follow up on all payment related issues with the Finance Team specially related boutique retail business.
？ Provide support for the administration, operational SOP, and coordinate among retail staff.
？ Provide support for the marketing events and display matters.
