Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to Sales Director on daily secretarial support and necessary administrative support to department per needs;
2. Distribute incoming correspondence including - emails, leads and customer operational requests, make appointments, manage KPIs, and prepare and distribute sales reports and customer KPIs;
3. Prepare and update quotes, reports, presentations;
ignments as required.
4. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;
5. Prepare spreadsheet & database maintenance;
6. Prepare all administrative sales support activities based on the respective sales force sales plan for all products considering the provided input from the sales force, historic sales data, back-order information and input from finance;
7. Performs any job-related ass
Person Specification
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Proficient at oral & written English and PC skills, German language skill is a plus.
3. Minimum 3-5 years secretary experiences in multi-national company; preferably in a sales function.
4. Strong attention to detail, accurate, organized and structured, but also flexible.
5 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and interact with people from different cultural backgrounds have ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
6. Ability to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner. Ability to produce summary, management-level reports and detailed reports.
7. Bachelor degree or above.
8. Proficient at oral & written English and PC skills, German language skill is a plus.
