Job Title: System Anthena ENGINEERING 系统天线产品架构工程师
FUNCTIONAL AREA: eMobility HARDWARE ENGINEERING / SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
Report to: TECHNICAL MANAGER / ENGINEERING MANAGER
Job MISSION:
? By leading the team engineers in each of the technical areas, to define the product architecture with Masters support and elaborate the technical solutions for related power electronic products, as well as assuring that the technical and functional requirements are being met along the project life, giving support to the project teams with the aim to reach cost, quality and timing goals established by the project.
2. GENERAL FUNCTIONS*:
? To summarize all the customers system requirements and international STD related to.
? To define the product architectures for related power electronic products according to international Standard and customer requirements or the engineering strategy of the Company assuring Safety and Reliability specs compliance.
? To guarantee Hardware-Software-Mechanical integration as well as the related HW-SW-Mechanical integration test according V-model design process.
? To guarantee that Quality processes (SPICE, ISO 26262 (ASIL), Polyspace, Misra, AUTOSAR,… etc) are followed and implemented in time.
? To coordinate the technical team of the project (for all the technical areas) assuring technical and functional feasibility of the technical solutions and architectures proposed.
? To act as the main technical contact with the customer.
? To establish product technical standards, promoting and guaranteeing their use.
? To assure with Project Manager and Master’s support, Design Milestones are met for all the different technical areas (for instance, DR’s/FL’s for each of the functional areas, such as SW, HW, RF-Antennas, etc) according with Company Development System/Idneo Development System (FDS/IDS) methodology and that there is a System Review with all the different technical areas.
? To assure that all selected key parts components in the product have an alternative source.
? To reach together with the Project Manager, engineering targets of cost, timing and quality of overall product.
? To protect intellectual property by promoting patents creation.
? To assure product technological surveillance by following and meeting all the specs from client and international standards related to this type of High Voltage products.
? Satisfy all the High Voltage criteria at whole design level (components , PCB , …) related to the international and Customer Standards.
? To align product needs with product Roadmap of the Company.
? Follow HIGH VOLTAGE safety regulations during product testing and validation in the company work center and customer facilities.
? Follow Health & Safety regulations of the workcenter and contribute to their improvement.
3. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION & LANGUAGUES & EXPERTISE)
Academic background: University Engineering Degree (mainly in Power Electronics , Electronics or Telecommunications)
Additional training:
R&D Tools, High Voltage, functional Safety (ISO26262) & Reliability
Languages:
English (Advanced Level). German and/or French would be a plus
Minimum Experience required: At least 5 years of experience in engineering development positions
