岗位职责：

Microsoft STB China UX team is seeking an exceptional UX Designer to be a part of a team that is driving and developing the best-in-class user experiences (user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, etc.), in a fast-paced, environment.
 
Responsibilities:
· Transforming the end user experience for customers using Microsoft Cloud technologies.
· Passionate about understanding customer needs and delighting the customers with well integrated design solutions and high-quality end to end user experience.
· Working with product teams to realize user-centered design principles.
· Providing interaction and visual designs for Windows Azure and SQL Azure products.
· Collaborating with UX researchers and product teams to synthesize all research insights and apply user-centered design principles to deliver easy, simple, effective and beautiful design solutions.
· Drive the UI design vision, processes and execution for the area you own.
· Collaborate with UX researchers and product PMs to plan and execute UX design activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
· Produce information architecture diagrams, conduct task analysis, and create concept sketching, wire-framing and high-fidelity mockups/prototypes.
Present and evangelize your work to product teams.
   
任职要求：
Requirements:
· 2+ years (post education) related UX design experience in product, company or agency.
  BA/BS in design or related field, with significant industry experience. MA/MS in interface, graphic, information design a plus but not required.
· Must have understanding of visual design capabilities, including composition, layout information hierarchy, typography and color.
· Must have passion for design and ability to effectively share your point of view and expertise with project team members.
· An in-depth understanding of HTML, and the capabilities of web browsers is essential.
Desired Skills:
· Experience and a working understanding of how to apply user research data.
· Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
· Working knowledge with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Fireworks ideal.
· Prototyping, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and industrial design also a great benefit but not required.
