职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、准备招聘职位信息，及时发布与更新； 
2、筛选候选人的应征简历；
3、进系统主动搜寻候选人；
4、电话初试候选人； 
5、安排面试；
6、准备候选人的简历模板，撰写评估报告，准备推荐给客户面试；
7、对候选人进行面试辅导；
8、对候选人进行背景调查；
9、执行上级安排的其他工作。
 
备注： 
1、网上发布的是base range，根据工作态度、学习能力和工作业绩另有绩效奖金；
2、工作经验不限，候选人须聪颖好学勤奋高效，将招聘或人力资源作为职业发展方向；
3、本公司在北京市大兴区地铁4号线高米店南站东北出口的正上方，5A写字楼，交通便利；
4、本岗位同时招聘4人，共住一套员工宿舍（或公司提供房补），欢迎应届毕业生集体应聘；
