职位描述：
1. Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Mechanics/ Science / Engineering ,Quality or other equivalent), automobile industry is preferred.
2. More than 5 years working experience in plant, 3 years in management position.
3. Much of manufacturing experience and quality perspective.
4. Familiar with quality system, experience of setup up Quality management system.
5. Like to take a challenge and able to handle multiple tasks.
6. Good experience of six sigma development and activities as well as continuous improvement at the plant product line level.
7. Technical drawing knowledge is preferred.
8. Experience of Project management, project handling capability.
9. A little financial knowledge in production cost analysis, P&L, expense control.
10. Good initiative, innovation, leadership, independent, teamwork, troubleshooting and communication skills.
11. Good training in the organization design, the department management, quality control, root cause analysis/investigation, 6-sigma,
12. Excellent leadership and facilitation skills.
13. Good interpersonal communication skills.
14. Strong data analysis ability.
15. Fluent Spoken and Written English.
16. Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail.
17. Good business /commercial sense/Good decision making.
18. Empowerment、Customer focus、Teamwork、Initiative and innovation、Learning and coaching
