Strong knowledge of production processes
Strong knowledge of production machines/equipments
Strong knowledge of electrical circuit
Strong knowledge of PLC programming/debugging

Basic knowledge of CNC programming, FANUC, Siemens 840D preferred
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standard preferred
Basic knowledge of technical drawing preferred
Basic knowledge ERP system preferred
Job Description
Responsible for the ordinary maintenance of the equipments
Responsible for the maintenance of the equipments in case of brake down
Communication with supplier and headquarter in order to fix the equipments
Machining failure analysis, solve and correct. Avoid processed scrap
Request quotation to supplier for new equipment and spare parts
Responsible for the invetory/managment of the spare parts and inform purchase dpt when new parts are necessary
Equipment optimisation (mechanical and electrical part) and basic PLC programming
Back-up of machine program
Perform other duties as assigned
