Position: HR Operation Analyst
Location: Shanghai
Report to: HR Operation Manager – Data & System
This position will play critical role with global counter party to build up effective communication channel, to support global SAP HR system and local HR system running well and continues improvement. Besides that, the sense of utilize data and system technology to improve business result will be necessary. In general, it required high level strategic thinking on HR Data and System with strong execution capability as well.
Responsibilities:
1. Global HR System
- Provide tier 1 support on global SAP HR system, including trouble shooting, follow up and escalate issues to related upper level in global HRIS or IT counterparts.
- Contact window with global HR operation team, local IT team for SAP HR system related, such as security access management, SAP interface, UAT execution and new function communicate with China end users.
- Working closely with HR functions for HR system related requirement gathering, solution design, system integration with SAP HR, and liaison with global and local team for those optimization.
2. Data and Reporting Analysis
- Support data management team to provide HR data daily maintenance and regular reporting analysis service.
- Enhance HR reporting to provide business insights to fulfill China customized business needs and conduct related training to China end user.
3. Local Payroll System
- Provide tier 1 support on local payroll system, including access management, payroll and time attendance related problem solving etc.
- Support local payroll system implementation with analysis and identify the improvement areas from global SAP to local payroll process.
Required:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5 years of related working experience
- At least 3 years external/internal SAP HR consultant experience
- Deep knowledge in HRIS area with creative and innovation ideas
- Good problem solving and analytical skill with planning and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, including oral and written
- High energy level with strong customer service mindset
- Proactive working style with self-motivation
- Good team player and quick learner
