工作内容：
- 带领大客户销售团队成员完成销售目标，提高销售业绩；
- 及时发现大客户业务运作中存在的各种问题，指导团队进行竞标事宜，提供有效的解决方案，确保竞标成功；
- CRM系统及管理报表的分析，应收款的管理工作，确保客户及时回款；
- 协调部门内部工作，提高团队凝聚力、执行力；
- 发现及反馈市场信息，提供有建设性的意见
任职要求：
- 大专以上学历
- 5年销售相关经验；
- 具备同时管理6-8人大客户销售团队管理经验；
- 超强的人际关系管理能力，善于开拓运作管理大客户关系；
- 超强的学习能力、抗压能力、执行力；
- 强烈的进取心，团队精神和高度的责任心。
