职位描述：

?Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for day-to-day administration of training policies and programs;

-Monitor training needs and recommend available programs to line managers.

-Review and implement training programs, schedules, and coordinates.

-Prepare and maintain schedules, equipments, space, and facilities. Arrange for outside services such as audio/visual assistance, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs.

-Prepare reports and statistical summaries.

-Resolve potential routine scheduling conflicts.

-Deliver training courses on Orientation for new hires as well as general skills;

-Maintain relationship with external training vendors and pick up appropriate providers as necessary;

-Assist in staff activities related issues;

-Other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

-University degree in related field;

-Professional with 3+ years related working experience;

-Good communication and time management skills;

-Good English skills, CET-6 preferred.
