职位描述：
Job Responsibility:

1. Lead the system development on Embedded Modem features and future programs for the region.
2. Lead Smart Mobility related projects from connected vehicle engineering perspective in AP region.
3. Work with the Marketing and Planning team to develop Connected Services launch strategy in AP
4. Collect consumer needs, competitors activities and latest industry trends to design competitive product strategy
5. Support the business case development and track progress leading to program approval of Connected Service products.
6. Specify customer-driven advanced product requirements in AP and working with global team to align the requirements. Develop product requirements to support functional & non-functional requirements for Connected Service related products
7. Lead/Coordinate all aspects of product management to deliver connected service products with quality
8. Apply system engineering thinking to complex system solutions using common quality processes & tools
9. Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relationship teams to announce and promote CS products at media events

 
Qualification:

• 5 or more years leading projects in the area of wireless connectivity technology.
• Knowledge of design, structure and operation of automotive connectivity systems
• Strong communication and team player skills and working with global teams abroad.
• Strong analytical, strategy planning and problem solving skills for overall system, application design.
• Self-learner in vehicle connectivity technology related application development best practices and trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with support personnel, application development personnel, vendors and management.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and ability to work under aggressive timelines and sporadic heavy workloads.
• Possess sustainability against changing demand from internal & external business requirements.
• Be accustomed to operating agile and quickly to meet customer product demand.

 
Be familiar with the following technologies & tools:

• Strong knowledge of vehicle infotainment systems and electronics architecture
• Basic knowledge of New Energy Vehicles data monitoring requirements
• Knowledge of cloud computing and backend infrastructure systems
• Knowledge with Telematics Communication Protocol
• Knowledge with carrier network architecture.
• Knowledge with cloud architecture e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Professional experience in backend system integration
• Insights of consumer electronics/connected car hardware/software trend

• Highly fluent in English and Mandarin; able to communicate messages very effectively to internal and external organizations. Candidates should be flexible with work hours due to time differences between markets.
