Tasks:

Develop and implement after sales plan

负责发展和完善售后服务计划

1. Supervising staff

负责人员管理和监督

2. Supporting and developing staff

支持及发展员工

3. Solving technical problems in the field

现场解决技术问题

4. Keep current after sales clients/maintenance contract

保有现有售后客户/合同

5. Get additional after sales business

获取新售后合同

6. Improve customers satisfaction

提高客户满意度

7. Collect, summarize and analyze relevant service or after sales data

收集、汇总并分析相关售后服务数据

8. Responsible for the tools in good condition

负责工具良好维护

9. Rapidly and efficiently deal with customer quality complain and feedback

快速有效的处理客户的质量投诉和反馈信息

10. Build and keep efficiently communication with clients and internal departments

建立并保持跟客户及公司内部其它部门良好的沟通渠道

11. Build and keep good relationship with relevant government supervisor organizations

与政府相关技术监督部门建立并保持良好关系

12. Complete other any work assigned by leader

完成领导交代的其它任务

资历要求

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years working experience. Elevator experience is prefer至少五年工作经验，有电梯行业工作经验者优先

2. 2 years experience of team management.2年团队管理经验

3. College level or above. Mechanical or Electrical background大专以上，机电专业

4. Diligent and flexible 工作勤奋，能灵活处理现场突发情况

5. Good communication skill 良好的交流沟通能力

6. Can do OT job in case of emergency repairing and business trip能适应经常出差及紧急故障维修所需的加班工作

7. Good team player团队意识良好

8. Language: English basic, ability of reading 语言：英语基础，能阅读
