Responsibility and Authority
- Responsible for daily book keeping and petty cash arrangement
- Handle Accounts Payable, Petty Cash Book, Travel Expenses Claims, Fixed Assets administration and all around Accounting issues
- Support the timely tax filing and the compliance of the requirement of the tax bureau
- Handle recruitment, termination, leave management and payroll, etc.
- Deal with Human Resources agency for employee matter (eg. Social Insurance, Staff Employment and Staff Termination, etc.)
- Handle the office administration work (eg. Office removal, Annual Activities, etc.)
- Oversee and monitor the office administration
- Supervise 1 HR and Accounts Assistant and 1 Administration Assistant/ Receptionist
- Handle the monthly HR and Accounts reports, eg. Office Budget Report, Manpower report, etc.
- Update the information at the Accounts and HR system
- Work closely and report to HK Accounts and HR department for daily HR & Accounts routine works
- Handle ad-hoc tasks when assigned by HK Office Accounts and HR department
- Report to the German Chief Representative about office operation timely
Education and Experience
- University degree, major in Accounting or Finance
- Have PRC accounting qualification
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting, Tax, Human Resources and Administration
- Familiar with PRC labor regulations and Shanghai accounting practices
- Fluent in both spoken and written ENGLISH
- Patient, with strong sense of responsibility and integrity, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure and independent
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Good in computer knowledge, specially MS Excel
- Have Young you Accounts System experience is an advantage
