Essential Functions:
Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
1. Sales order management. Do contract review and check the PO in CRM system;
2. Delivery schedule management. Make delivery schedules according to CRD & CSD;
3. Customer credit control. Work with Finance dept. to control shipments according to customer‘s credit;
4. Forecast management. Get monthly shipment forecast from Marketing/Sales Dept. and keep monitoring forecast & backlog & shipment status;
5. Customer service. Communicate with customers and other internal dept. to coordinate the urgent shipment or other issues related to sales order;
6. Provide the shipping documents to customers after shipment;
7. Sales amount data maintenances. Report revenue and open order status to US weekly;
8. Delivery follow-up. Follow up shipments and communicate with forwarders to make sure on-time delivery;
9. Collect POD from forwarders monthly and forward to Finance dept. to file up;
10. Submit payment requisition to Finance Dept.
11. Xiamen sample warehouse management.
12. Other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative, but not limited to the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1. College degree or above.
2. 1+ years customer service and planning experience.
3. Excellent communication capability.
4. Good at coordination and high responsibility.
5. Excellent English communication skill.
6. Excellent in Microsoft Office.
