Job Description:

This position is responsible for design, development and support of risk management systems within the Risk Group. Incumbents work closely with firm wide IT and other departments within the firm to build risk systems to support Credit Risk Management, Market Risk Monitoring & Reporting, and Operational Risk Management.

Requirements:

Knowledge

· Proficient technical skills in database management (e.g. Oracle, SQL, Access), programming (e.g. C++, Query, JAVA and C#) and web-based report delivery technology.

· Good knowledge of financial products: both cash and derivative products, understanding of risk management concepts and techniques

· Knowledge and experience in designing and development risk systems with financial firms is prefered, including market and transaction databases, risk analytics and risk reporting

Skills and Abilities

· Capable of working under pressure

· Good problem-solving skills

· Creative thinking

· A team player

· Self-motivated & energetic

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

Qualifications

· At least 3 years experience in the software industry or IT in financial firms

· Strong educational background in computer science with top universities
