Responsibilities
- Contact for suppliers and customer (Headoffice Distra-Chicca in Germany) in serial phase
- Ensure deliveries in time and quantity for customer and from supplier
- Delivery planning and forcasting upcoming delays
- Invoicing
- Dispatching of all outsourced parts
- Deadline Tracking
- Close cooperation with the departments Production and Purchasing
- Definition, implementation and optimization to ensure smooth logistics processes
- Reporting of the plant’s key figures to the headquarters in HK
- Input data‘s in a specific dashboard
- Reporting to Logistics Manager China
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (or above, Master degree preferred) in Logistic, Business Administration or similar education
- Minimum of three years working experience within Logistics/Disposition
- Practical experiences in the establishment of logistics processes
- Very good knowledge in MS Office
- Ability to read, write and speak in English fluently
- High technical understanding and business oriented way of thinking
- Well-structured and analytical work approach
- Team Player
- Good computer skills and mathematics
