职位描述
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely and logic presentation for analysis result
- Understand and follow up manufacturing process and update including but not limited as machinery deployment, production procedure, labor arrangement, clocking hours, project progress, material usage. And request SAP related to be updated accordingly if any.
- Reconciliation functional data and costing result, including labor time, material consumption
- Profitability analysis by projects to support the review meeting with other related departments to figure out root cause and follow up with action proposals
- Order intake and order backlog profitability analysis
- WIP and raw material analysis with ABC analytical method, obsolete and LCM analysis, purchasing price monitor, DIO analysis and target setting, inventory reduction proposal.
- Analyzing under/over absorption
- AR/AP analysis and target setting
- Revenue/Expense analysis
- Yearly costing data review and update in SAP including hourly rate
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree with major in Finance or Economic
- 5+ years related work experiences with recent 3 years in manufacturing MNC Company's finance management position
- Good SAP ERP skill
- Good presentation skill
- Good PC skills including Excel and PPT
- Good English communication skill both in written and oral
- Strong financial analytical skills and business sense
- Able to work independent and work under pressure
- Self-motivated, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
