- Ensures dealer compliance with operating standards, and ensures dealers achieve the set objectives and standards in:
- Sales (including target setting and monitoring)
- Service & Parts
- Marketing
- Customer Experience
- CI and facilities
- Training & Personnel
- Dealer Systems
- CRC & CRM
- Assist Field Operations Manager to develop Business Plan and execution in order to achieve company annual objectives and matrixes on Sales, Service and Customer Experience
- Collect dealers’ business forecast monthly to help Field Operations Manager to have accurate judgments. And assist Field Operations Manager to achieve monthly Sales, Service and Customer Experience target.
- Review the dealers' forecast and SSRD to make sure dealers do their best to create the sales volume and also support sales planning and OTD process.
- Assist Dealer to understand policies and various programs announced by Lincoln China.
- Provide various reports to meet dealer’s request to improve dealers’ business.
- Collect Market Intelligence and dealers’ feedback to Field Operation Manager and functional heads for process enhancement and business growth opportunity.
- Responsible for improving customer satisfaction both sales & service experience and dealer satisfaction
- Hold the regular zone dealer meeting and share market information and action plan taken
- Be responsible for the effective resolution of technical and customer problems at the dealerships in the zone
- Support dealer selection, development, launch readiness
- Frequently visit dealers and monitor the progress on a daily basis to improve all business aspects as above mentioned.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in multi-cultural environment.
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- Experience of sales & service field operation in luxury auto OEMs
- With business negotiation experience and skills in handling customer issues. In depth knowledge of service, diagnosis and repair procedures.
- Conversant with automotive warranty policies and procedures. General awareness of the automotive parts sales and distribution business in China and associated rules, regulations and procedures. Sound business acumen with experience and know-how in areas of sales, service, marketing and Finance.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to build relationships, partnerships. Strong assessment analytical, and team leadership skills.
