Job Description:
-政府关系经理,广电行业
-Maintaining strong and good relationships with the propaganda departments and at an administrative levels at regulatory agencies and local SARFT.
-Obtaining market updates from these departments with a focus on industrial roadmap, regulations and industry standards.
-Assisting Account Managers and Business Development team to manage relationships with customers and ensuring COMPANY products and gain acceptance.
-Help the account and business development team to upsell COMPANY products.
-Develop relationships with potential customers (telecom operators, TV stations) and to be able to influence business strategy shift.
-Solve any regional issues that come up.
Job Requirement:
-10 year plus of experience gained from either working in a government department or dealing with government department.
-Experience in handling and developing deep relationships with regulatory agencies and local government offices.
-Able to establish network with cable operators in the assigned region.
-Able to influence the decision making group in the relevant department.
-Tenacious business negotiation and influencing skills with customers.
-Very good people skills and be able to forge long term relationships.
-Able to gather market information from target group.
-Superb interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Good self-management skills and a fast learner and able to take initiative.
-Ability to work in a team and excellent presentation skills, with a participative but determined style, with the confidence and ability to feel comfort¬able dealing with people at all levels.
-Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
-Willing to travel as needed.
