职位描述：
工作职责：
1、制定发动机测试规划、平面布局及设备的导入 engine test equipments plan and test process
2、发动机测试设备的验收、调试engine test line run out and acceptance check
3、制定发动机测试工艺文件及测试质量标准Develop engine test process documentation, implement process standards.
4、工艺培训及改进Process execution and improvement
5、工装、器具设计Tooling design
6、分析处理质量问题，持续改进Analysis and processing quality, continuous improvement


岗位要求：
1、本科及以上，工科专业（汽车、发动机、机械等专业优先）technical related (auto, engine and mechanical are preferred)；
2、3年以上相关工作经验,熟悉发动机结构、原理及制造工艺minimum 3 years experience in related field, familiar with engine structure, principel and manufacturing process；
3、能熟练应用CAD Skilled use of CAD；具有良好的沟通、表达能力，团队协作能力强good interpersonal, expression skills and good team player；具有良好的英语水平English can be as work language 举报 分享

SAIC Fiat Powertrain HongYan Co. Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise established by three parties of SAIC-IVECO Commercial Vehicle Investment Co. Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
