招聘岗位：招聘培训与档案管理岗
任职条件：
1、 全国985、211全日制高校本科及以上学历，人力资源类专业优先；
2、 获得证券从业资格；具备多项证券从业资格者优先；
3、 品行端正，工作细心，学习能力突出、抗压能力及执行力强；
4、 立志从事证券行业，具备无私奉献精神，具备强烈的上进心，具备良好的营销服务意识；
5、 善于思考，善于创新；
6、 有社会资源优先；
岗位职责：
1、 根据营业部的战略规划，制定每年的招聘目标，落实每月、每周的招聘方案；
2、 根据人才培养的多个维度，确定招聘人才的识别方向；
3、 高效透明的完成入离职手续办理流程及档案保管工作；
4、 根据营业部的战略规划，制定每年的培训目标，落实每月、每周的培训方案；
5、 负责组建管理内训讲师，根据新人培训、在职培训分类，制定实施内部培训和外部培训方案；
6、 跟踪督导解决新人业绩产能和心态疏通；

Requirements:
1. full-time bachelor degrees or above, graduated from 985,211credential universities, major in human resources is preferred;
2. with securities qualification; with multiple qualifications preferred;
3. wellconducted and careful at work. Good ability to learn, to work under pressure, and strong enforcement;
4. determined to engage in the securities industry, with spirit of dedication, upward mobility, and consciousness of service marketing;
5. good at thinking, dare to innovate;
6. applicants with social resources are also preferred;

Responsibility:
1. according to the strategy of business department, formulate annual recruitment targets, implement the monthly, weekly recruitment plan;
2. according to the multiple dimensions of talent training, orient personnel identification in recruitment;
3. efficiently and transparently complete the dimission procedures and file keeping;
4. according to the strategy of business department, formulate annual training targets, implement the monthly, weekly training plan;
5. responsible for organizing and managing trainers, make up both internal and external training plans,based on the classification of orientation and on-the-job training;
6. track and supervise new hires’ performance, provide psychological guidance;
