客户服务
Get the order or forecast from customers after the first order.
首批订单评审结束后，受理客户订单或预测。
Confirm with customers on the fulfillment according to stock information and lead-time of production/purchase.
根据库存，生产周期和采购等情况，即时与客户确认订单交期。
Input new project forecasting information and confirmed order/forecast into the SAP system.
输入确认后的客户订单或预测进入SAP系统。
Provide delivery notice to fulfill the order.
按照确认的订单交期，备货并发运。
Follow the delivery till it arrive customer timely and in good condition.
 跟踪发货直至按时到达客户。
Transfer the gold tax information to invoice clerk finish the gold tax invoice when delivery to customer，finish the process follow the SAP requirement.
发货完毕后，传送正确的金税开票信息至开票专员，协助开票员完成金税票的开具！并根据SAP操作要求完成系统操作！
Organize to handling the invoice return issue.
组织处理退票问题。
Inform the big increase/decrease of the order timely and coordinate with customer to make solution.
相对于客户订单的大幅波动，及时通知物流计划，并与客户协调制定解决方案。
Coordinate with customer for the delay of fulfillment/transportation and provide solution to customer.
与客户协调订单延误或者运输延误，并向客户提供解决方案。
Audit for urgent order from customer, try to fix customer urgent issue
评审客户紧急订单,尽力满足客户紧急需求。
Deal with the return and replacement as per the quality report.
根据质量部门处理意见，处理退货，并及时补货。
Assist the audit and negotiation with customers for logistic contract.
物流协议评审及谈判。
Customer evaluation for fulfillment, complaint and credit and customer relationship maintenance.
整理客户的订单执行记录、投诉及信用等信息。
Provide the history record and analysis to define the reasonable safety stock level, control the stock in a reasonable level.
协助提供客户需求记录及分析，以便确定合理安全库存, 控制库存使其处于合理水平。

Reception from logistic center.
按指令接收物流中心发来的产品、材料，进行入库操作。
Send part to customer according to order
按照订单安排发货
Sorting, transfer, storage, repacking and protection of the part in stock.
在库物料的整理，搬运，贮存，包装和防护。
Daily cleaning of stock area.
仓库日常清洁。
Daily maintenance for forklift and equipment.
叉车其他仓库设备的日常维护。
Safety management in stock.
仓库安全管理。
Follow rules, systems, regulations, and work instructions.
落实各项规章制度、管理办法、流程文件、操作规范等。

销售与售后市场支持
Support sales maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
支持销售维护良好的客户满意度
Work together with sales to handle urgent case
