MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead the technical discussion with the OEMs to ensure the products are proper defined within the constraints of existing manufacturing process capability and materials with ease of assembly.

· Provides single point of contact to customer for product and engineering issues for assigned products, as a local representative of DEC in Chongqing region.

· To lead all the technical communication with the OEMs in Chongqing region, to ensure all the potential and running projects are under proper communications with the customers, collect customer requirements, expectations, questions and forward to the related functions within the origination.

· Systematically record and track project activities in Chongqing region & technical discussions with the OEMs.

· To support solving all the technical issues related to the tooling, product, process, and logistics under the instruction from the related functions from DEC Shanghai.

• Coordinates activities of the production trials, scheduling for the projects under development.
• Provides technical support to the local sales team, ensure a timely feedback to the customer in Chongqing region.
• As a key interface from the local production plant to the engineers in the DEC Shanghai.
• Supports prototype and vehicle launch events at Autoneum plant, customer and supplier facilities within Chongqing region as required
• Other technical support work from the line manager

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering or related
• At least 3 year experience in the similar function with the automotive industry, experience in multinational company is a plus
• Practical experiences in a wide range of products and technologies with design, technical, and manufacturing know-how
• An organized, systematic and documented excellent communicator who can manage the interests of all stakeholders (OEM, DEC, plant).
• Self-motivated with a strong team spirit
• Chinese mother tongue with mid-level command of English.
• This position will be based (approx. 90%) in Chongqing, with some travelling according to the work arrangement (10%)
• Willing to travel domestically.
