职位描述：
一、New project supplier selection and Sourcing Management新项目供应商选择及定点管理
Selection and develops a qualified, low cost, and strategically located supply base to support the project timing and cost requirement
选择开发一个满足质量要求的，低成本的，战略定位的供应商队伍来支持项目时间和成本的要求；
Track and get the supplier SSOW and Sourcing Matrix to follow up the supplier new project sourcing schedule. Release RFQ to the supplier.Assumes responsibility for supplier selection, price and terms negotiation, blanket order generation. 跟踪并得到供应商SSOW和定点跟踪矩阵，以监控供应商的新项目定点进度。发布RFQ给供应商，完成所负责商品类或项目的供应商选择，价格和条款的谈判。
Lead the supplier sourcing recommendation meeting according to the requirement and get the manager decision and approval for the new project supplier sourcing recommendation. 根据要求或需要主导供应商定点会议，获取管理层新供应商定点决定和批准；
二、New Project Supplier Cost Analyze and Control新项目供应商成本分析、控制
Using cost management and control tools to analyze the new porject supplier cost, find out the oppertunity for the new project supplier cost reducing to meet the project requirement. Complete the new project CBOM;
运用成本管理和控制工具来分析新项目供应商成本，寻求降低新项目供应商成本机会，以满足项目要求；完成新项目采购成本表（CBOM）
Supports cost estimating with pricing, sourcing, and material planning information necessary to ensure successful introduction of new business
根据需要，对成本估算中所需的价格、供应渠道及物料计划信息进行支持，以确保获取新项目
Control purchasing cost so that meet our program profit plan.
控制采购成本，以满足项目利润目标。
三、New Project Supplier Management新项目供应商管理
Works with project manager and program team to regular review the supplier new project timing and development schedule to make sure to meet the customer requirement.
与项目经理、项目团队一起协作，回顾供应商新项目开发进度以确保满足客户要求；
Release and track the new project (Before MBOM release) purchasing order according to the project timing and requirement, ensure meet the project timing requirement. 发布并跟踪新项目（MBOM搭建发布之前）采购订单时间进度和要求，确保满足项目时间节点要求。
四、Purchasing Process Implementation and Continuous Improvement采购流程实施和持续改进
Compliances to all the related purchasing common processes and maintain required purchasing documentation and files. Improves purchasing competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
