职位描述：
1 对公司渠道营销策略的制定提出建议和意见。
2 执行公司制定的渠道销售政策。
3 拟订渠道阶段性刺激政策及方案。
4 完成销售目标和促销目标。制定销售任务分解方案，统计每月、每季销量，做出总结分析。
5 协助处理呆帐、坏帐、调价等事宜。

外围分销渠道管理
6 选择、拓展分销网络，包括参与制定拓展计划及参与主要客户的谈判。
7 管理、监控分销网络，包括代理商的市场销量和价格体系；为代理商制定提货计划，监督代理商的商务操作。
8 "定期与分销商进行沟通协调工作，维护渠道的稳定性，对违反销售政策的分销商提出处罚意见。
9 对策划部提出广告、促销和其他市场活动计划建议，按公司统一要求监督市场活动执行情况和促销完成情况。
10 对分销商进行产品、促销活动以及其要求的培训。

大客户渠道管理
11 收集重庆各大型企事业单位负责人、商会会员、俱乐部会员等高端机构联系人电话。
12 制定月度及周度拜访计划，以及客户约访计划，并监督大客户人员执行。
13 协助大客户人员对重要事项及重点客户进行跟进。

其他渠道管理
14 收集高端电话数据，组织兼职人员阶段性进行电话CALL客营销。
15 对电销团队进行任务下派，过程监控，以及建立奖励机制。
