职位描述：
Promote and request the obey of laws and regulations for process and documentation .
促进并要求遵守法律和规章制度及文档
Responsible for the execution of specific projects (global/local) ensuring that customer requirements and target achievements with respect to timing, quality and costs are met; supports the project implementation in plants
负责项目的执行，确保客户要求和目标的达成：时间、质量、成本；支持该项目在工厂中投产。
Ensures profitability during K1 and K2 in alignment with Program Director for the respective projects
确保项目K1和K2的利润达成与要求的一致
Supports the definition of project budgets and monitors these budgets as well as KPIs and business cases for the respective projects 支持项目预算的定义，监督预算，以及关键指标和项目涉及的商业计划。
Establishes and cultivates good customer relationships and develops customer specific know how (including necessary travel activities)
建立和促进良好的客户关系以及发展客户的具体要求，包括必要的出行活动
Supports the development of competitive quotations 支持发展有竞争力的报价
Informs Program Director about customer/project related topics 支持领导关于涉及客户以及项目的事宜
Supports the continuous improvement and optimization of processes regarding product and process development (K1, K2) 支持持续改进以及优化过程：如产品，过程进度（K1，K2）
Ensures compliance with internal standards, processes and procedures 确保内部标准，流程，过程一致性
Leads project teams functionally 在职能上，领导项目成员
Ensure a smooth execution of projects under the consideration of customer specific agreement (e.g. audit requirement)

Actualize and hand out on time the agreed upon management information documents.

Actively take part in the project management process from the sales and marketing poing of view and timely finish necessary documents. 从销售市场的角度积累参与项目管理过程，及时完成必要的文件
Know and use the information and reporting system and report regulary on the sales and marketing activities.

Capability of new customer development; 具有一定的客户开发能力；
Basis knowlage of engineering，eg be able to understand 2D drawing. 具有一定的工程基础知识，例如能看懂 2D 图纸；
要求:
Bachelor degree or above 本科以上学历
Over 5 years and at least 5 years more sales management experience in manufacturing
5年以上的制造业背景且至少5年以上的项目管理经验
Excellent interpersonal problem solving skill and team spirit
良好的人际及问题处理能力以及团队协作能力
Familiar with quality systems(i.e.TS16949)
熟悉质量体系，如TS16949
Good command of English listening ，speaking ，reading and writing
良好的英语听说读写能力
