MAIN ACTIVITIES

· Provide technical support to tooling maintenance technician

· Responsible for tool repair and modification

· Prepare standard WI of tools

· Set up and update the tool maintenance plan, including preventive maintenance plan

· Responsible for tool FEMA and analysis of tool failure

· Support tool related issues for new projects

· Establish the spare parts list of tools

· Assist maintenance manager to make sure tool condition and reduce the tool failure

· Responsible for 6S management of tools

· Responsible for the continuous improvement of tools and tool related issues

· Support tool related issues for the engineering change

· Support for the recruitment, training and evaluation of tooling maintenance technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· College degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or tooling

· Min. 3 years experiences in similar function in manufacturing industry

· Strong PC skills and CAD experience

· Familiar with press tooling and its design

· Strong sense of safety

· Good team spirit and problem solving ability

· Good written and reading English skills
