职位描述：

Responsibility:

Hands on practitioner that have successfully implemented DevOps to improve time to market by a huge
factor.
That person will be required to help IBM develop our point of view on DevOps, the tools, frameworks and
technics we should adopt to make it work and develop the training education an coaching material needed
to deploy it in IBM with our key clients.
That person with then work hand in hand with our key account teams and their clients to coach and train
them on a successful adoption.

Requirement:

10+ years working experience of software development, has solid knowledge and skills of training,
mentoring, and coaching development team to continuously improve performance in sustainable manner.
Applicants, who has played roles as developer and change
agent, project manager and ScrumMaster, internal DevOps Coach would be a plus.
Scrum Master Certification
PMI Project Management Professional Certification

3-5 years of large scale DevOps Coaching experience;
5+ years overall project management experience with working knowledge of various
methodologies/processes/training etc.
Technical project and/or program management experience managing technically complex, crossorganizational,
multi-stakeholder projects.
Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing
priorities, assignments, and roles.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
Preferred
Master's Degree
