职位描述
Position Summary:
? Provide purchasing service to commercial team for 3rd party purchases; achieve the key goals on OTD, support commercial team to meet customer demand smoothly.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with commercial team to develop purchase list of 3rd party procurement basing on SO information.
Find proper approvals from sourcing, commercial leader to the purchase list.
Create purchase order (PO) basing on approved purchase list/PR within 1 working day, and find approvals from purchasing manager.
Release PO to supplier, find the PO receipt confirmation from supplier within 1 working day and get the delivery schedule confirmation from supplier within 3 working days, the confirmation written is required (email or fax both are OK).
Follows-up problems such as late delivery, variation from specifications, incorrect pricing, etc, and escalate to sourcing engineer & application engineer for issues that cannot be solved smoothly.
Record POs in tracking file and check open PO report with supplier at the begging of every month to make sure open PO of suppliers is same and correct. Setup the conference call with suppliers to review if need.
Arrange shipment timely basing on customer request, collect the shipping document from supplier and send the invoice to Finance department for payment, apply PV for down payment if need.
Monitor and improve supplier performance especially on OTD
Submit Monthly report to management review

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree is required.
? 5 years experience in Purchasing.
? Understand ERP preferably SAP principle.
? Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with SAP systems.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Good in Chinese and English languages
? Demonstrated track record for improving supplier performance.
Below will be Preferred:
? Experience in World Class supply chain methodologies and Continuous Improvement processes.
? Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively interact with multiple organizational units.
? Be able to work on multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
? High degree of initiative
? Potential to learn and grow
