职位描述：
? Understand the Quality cardinal rule and other QA specification and PWA370 requirement
? Have a ability lead ME team continue to do Process improvement in product quality and cost , lead time and so on;
? Have a ability to make some stand work in MOS ;NC; cutting tool application ; cutting parameter and so on, these standardize will helpful NGPF parts can be realize mass production ;
? Plan and direct the development & NGPF of new production.
? Evaluate the design, quality and reliability during engineering developing.
? Supervise a team of MEs to assure that the operation processes are comprehensive and accurate, and achieve the targets of quality, cost and delivery. Assists the BUM in dealing with operation and development issues.
? Confirm the related issues during engineering developing, advice and create solutions, help to bring about carrying out the engineering item to plan.
? Make standardization technical criterion, reduce part cost, and increase the product efficiency.
? Create career development plan for ME in your team, and provide some training and guide to help every people meet their career target.
? Coordinate ACE and EH&S into the part process.
? Provide assistance in developing operation plan to achieve the production targets.
? Align processes to finish work on time within lead-time.
? Ensure master process procedures effectively support processes.
? Evaluate manpower needs and assigns available resources for ME. Advise management for ME.
? Make performance evaluation to employees with cell leader.
? Abide by the EH&S procedures and policies, participate actively and achieve the goals of EH&S related to one’s own job. 举报 分享
