职位描述：
Basic Requirements 岗位基本要求:
? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Science Engineering, Environment or related field preferred;
本科或以上学历，工程类，环境或相关专业优先；
? At least 3 years working experience in EHS related function, ideally in manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience preferred;
在EHS相关领域至少有3年工作经验，在制造行业和汽车行业优先；
? Have professional knowledge, including emergency response planning, local EHS related local regulation, and EHS program implementation;
具有一定的专业知识，包括紧急情况对策计划，EHS相关的地方法规以及EHS项目实施；
? Experience in ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system;
具有ISO14001以及OHSAS18001体系相关工作经验；
? Have high voltage certificate preferred;
具有高压电工进网证者优先；
? Have safety engineer certificate preferred;
具有注册安全工程师证者优先；
? Have facility and utilities management or maintenance experience.
具有厂务和公用设施的管理或维修经验；
? Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
能够熟练使用办公软件，包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint 以及Outlook；
? Positive working attitude, and good communication skill;
工作态度积极，具备良好的沟通能力；
? Ability to read, write and speak English.
具有英语听说读写能力。

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
? Establish and maintain EHS management system, Manage the facility and utilities;
建立并维护EHS管理体系, 管理厂务及公用设施；
? Keep EHS system running and supervise implementation effectively on site;
保持EHS体系的正常运转，并监督现场EHS体系的有效执行；
? Improve staff EHS awareness, behavior by developing and implementing training programs;
提升员工EHS意识，开展并执行相应培训计划；
? Provides technical and professional supports to functional departments and individuals on any EHS issues;
向各职能部门和个人提供与EHS问题相关的技术和专业支持；
? Conduct regular area inspection to discover potential EHS risk, make proposal to plant manager and work with respective departments to improve;
执行日常区域的检查工作，以发现潜在的EHS风险，及时向相关负责人提出改善建议，与各部门共同致力于改善工作；
? Develop and manage an accident and injury investigation program; Responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action;
开展并管理事故受伤调查程序；负责事故报告，调查以及整改措施；
? Follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure EHS target and objectives are achieved;
跟进整改预防措施的执行，确保EHS目标的实现；
? Communicate and work with external stakeholders, e.g. government, vendor;
沟通并跟进处理政府部门及供应商等相关外部事宜；
? Focus on continuous improvement of current programs and operations;
专注于现行程序与操作的持续改善；
? Lead to set up and maintain ISO14001 environmental management system;
领导IOS14001体系的建立并维护ISO14001环境管理体系；
? Support OHSAS18001 with respect to occupational health surveillance;
跟进OHSAS18001职业健康检查的支持工作；
? To do safety inspection according to monthly inspection plan;
根据月度检查计划，跟进安全检查工作;
? Implements safety training as planned; the safety training plan should cover all terms of health and safety assessment system;
根据计划执行安全培训，安全培训计划必须包含职业健康安全管理体系的所有条款；
? Participate all EHS related design review including equipment, facility and utilities; Responsible for all EHS related sign off including equipment, facility and utilities;
参与包括设备、厂房设施和公用设施等所有与EHS相关的设计评审；负责包括设备、厂房设施和公用设施等所有与EHS相关的验收
? Reports monthly on EHS performance;
跟进EHS月度绩效报告；
? EHS documentation control to ensure the licenses and permits update to date;
跟进EHS文件管控，确保相关证件及许可证的及时更新；
? Other task assigned by superior.
