1/Industrial market development and customer management
2/Budget the sales plan for assigned market to be couple with marketing development strategy and market place.
3/Promote ARaymond brand awareness and solutions in Industrial market both service and innovation products, in order to achieve the company goals
4/Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, Coordinate inside to meet the customer expectations.
5/Investigate the industrial market and collect the market information, in order to position ARaymond products in right competitive and sustainable way in Industrial market.

8/Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
9/Organize the negotiation with customer if there are some additional cost happened against the sales contract during new project developing period, such as material test cost, engineering change cost etc.
10/Organize kick off meeting to communicate and align the project launching.
11/Communicate the demand and ramping up plan with Engineering to ensure the right stock level
12/Assist supply chain team, quality team for the customer complaint in case of demand or quality deviations
13/Communicate the products phase-out plans to assist supply chain well manage the ramping down in order to minimum the dead stock
14/Support to deal with the customer’s delivery delay complaint
15/Cooperate between engineering and customer for the project development
