职位描述：
Basic Requirements岗位基本要求:
? High school or Technical secondary schools above
高中或中专技校及以上学历。
? Above three year Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM) working experience is required (Hexagon preferred)
有三年以上三次元量测工作经验(最好会海克斯康品牌的)。
? Good at PC windows XP Operate and office software
熟练操作计算机Windows XP系统及office办公软件。
? Able to read G D&T drawing and 3D data.
能够读懂G D&和产品三维图。
? Certification of measurement devices Internal Calibration is preferred
最好具有量具内部校验资格认证。
? High sense of responsibility, self-motivated and alone analysis capability, carefulness, patience.
责任心强，有较强的自学能力和分析能力，做事认真细心。
? Willing to accept shift work in day and night
愿意接受轮班工作的.
? English speak reading and write is needed.
英语能够读说写.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Set up measuring point and CMM program according to the work schedule, make sure the output meet customer requirements.
根据工作计划 制定产品测点图及测量程序，确保测量及报告的输出符合客户的要求.
2. Inspection gauge and fixture development
产品检具及夹具开发.
3. Set up measurement equipment and instruments calibration plan. And organize external and internal calibration according to the plan
建立量测设备的校验计划, 并按计划及时进行设备的内部和外部校验。
4. Laboratory 5S management，Measurement equipment Daily routine maintenance
实验室日常5S管理、测量设备的日常维护保养
5. Annual MSA plan and implemented of measurement equipment/gauge
测量仪器及检具的年度MSA 计划与实施
6. Responsible for test equipment operation. like, CMM, Calipers, Micrometer, Indicator, Height Gauge, Tensile tester, Hardness tester and etc
操作实验室设备仪器,如三次元,卡尺,千分尺,百分表,高度规,扭力扳手,万能测试机,硬度测试机等.
7. In sure all the measurement records, calibration reports & R&R records are classified clearly and kept orderly
要确保实验室的所有记录：如量测报告,校验报告,重复性/再现性报告分类并有序地保存.
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
