职位描述：
1. Be the key player of implementing the company annual operational plans according to the company’s goals and budgets.
2. Deploy company policies and strategies to staff and workers throughout the workshop, and translate them into personnel or team working targets; encourage 2- way communication with all subordinates about these policies, strategies and targets.
3. Achieve weekly, monthly and annual production plan defined by SCM department to make most efficient utilization of personnel and equipment. Ensure the weekly, monthly, and annual production targets are achieved with respect to both quantity and quality.
4. Constantly review the manufacturing machine and manpower capacity with SCM department according to the rolling forecast (AOP), and to make proper proposal for machine and manpower capacity allocation, expansion and improvement.
5. Closely monitor manufacturing performance and take appropriate action, with main focus on direct production cost as well as factory overhead cost.
6. Lead manufacturing team to execute ISO9000/ISO1400/TS16949 system. Establish and control housekeeping and environment improvement to ensure safety hidden trouble elimination and employee health (6S).
7. Ensure that equipment are properly maintained and improved. Drive the implementation of equipments maintenance and improvement. Also to be responsible for the fixed assets management, to avoid them from losing.
8. Be the key player of manufacturing team of the company, therefore to continuously promote an environment of cross-functional team work towards achieving the targets as well as encourage sharing of resources and best practices. Responsible for effectively communication and cooperation with related cross-functional dept, to maintain a good working relationship and teamwork atmosphere for target achievement.
9. Continuously develop subordinate competence level therefore to develop the total manufacturing organization capability.
10. Coordinate with and support important tasks laid down by management team to drive business improvement.
11. Take the general responsibility of work safety for all workshops by working with EHS department..
12. Closely monitor the performance for fast NPI sample build by coordinating the resource of production, equipment maintenance.

Document signature of PR, ERF, EAF related.

BS or MS in the electronic or mechanical.
b) Experience经验:
minimum 8 years of production experience and management experience in semiconductor company.

2.Good at English oral and written.
