职位描述：
1) 负责二家左右境内项目公司帐务、发票并负责定期做内部关联方对账和租户对账收款和供应商的付款；
2) 监督指导会计分类记账，填制各类票据，保证各类凭证准确、真实、完整；
3) 督审核各类日记账、总账、分类帐填制；
4) 监督公司现金存款及出纳管理；
5) 定期组织编制会计以及合并报表；
6) 定期编制各类财务报表，以及各类成本费用报告；
7) 了解中国区整体及各项目公司的税务状况，包括税金计算，纳税管理等；
8) 协助组织项目公司审计事宜；
9) 协助组织年度预算；
10) 负责公司证照管理保管与年检工作；
11) 负责公司财务人员队伍建设，提出对下属人员的调配、培训、考核意见；
12) 协助项目公司的收购，包括财务尽调，净资产计算，交割交接等。 举报 分享
